The credit funds your Mobile X plan. Mobile X's two Basic Unlimited plans cost $14.88 a month for 10 GB and $24.88 a month for 30 GB, before taxes and fees, and Mobile X publishes no Auto Pay discount on them.
Mobile X runs on billing cycles, and your talk and text limits reset at the start of each one. On its custom plans any data you do not use is credited against your next bill, while on the Basic Unlimited plans unused data is discarded and the next period starts fresh.
Open the Mobile X app: the home screen shows a Data Wheel with how much data is left in your cycle in real time, turning from green towards red as it runs down. Mobile X publishes no dial code for checking a balance.
Mobile X says you must maintain a positive account balance at all times to keep the account active and avoid service interruption. If payment is not made within a set period after an interruption the account is cancelled, and Mobile X says you may lose the phone number associated with it.
You buy the refill on Bitrefill and pay with crypto, or with a credit or debit card from Visa, Mastercard, American Express or another card issuer. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported as well. These non-crypto methods are only available in specific regions, and phone refills are not one of the categories Bitrefill excludes from them.
Mobile X says the best way to reach its XpertCare team is through the Mobile X app, where your account can be pulled up and verified. You can also call 1-833-422-1053 or use the live chat on the Mobile X website, which Mobile X staffs seven days a week from 8am to 12am Eastern. Mobile X publishes no short code dialled from the SIM.
Mobile X does not accept crypto, but you can top up your smartphone on Bitrefill using Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
